Return Policy: All returns must be pre-authorized by calling 916-628-5778 or by emailing email@example.com. No orders can be returned after the first day of your specific school’s start date.
Refund Policy: Only pre-authorized returns are refundable. All pre-authorized returns and cancelled orders will be refunded at full purchase price within 7 to 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at least 5 business days prior to the first day of your specific school’s start date.
Delivery/Shipping Policy: All orders will be shipped at no charge to your specific school within the first 2 weeks of that school year. Any orders requested to be shipped elsewhere will be charged standard USPS Priority rates and are limited to within the United States.
